Alsace

Sheltered by the Vosges Mountains, the Alsatian vineyards stretch for about 170 km. Their geology creates a wide variety of terroirs concentrated on the surrounding hills to the east of the Vosges range. What a wealth of grands crus there are to delight our palates, along with beautiful grape varieties-mainly white. However, the Pinot Noirs are always fresh, lively, and crisp.
I pass through quaint villages offering wholesome, hearty cuisine, savoring a Kaefferkopf Grand Cru Riesling… Memories of taste have always held great importance for me.
