Rhum

Just as whiskey is made from grain, rum is made from a plant: sugarcane. Born out of European exploration and colonialism, it became a widely consumed spirit. Today, whether served neat or in cocktails, it’s a staple of every celebration. Because, the little rascal, with its slightly sweet aroma, its alluring character, and its blend with a few fruits, can turn your world upside down in no time. Rum, beyond just “hot” parties, has its own pedigree. It is the guardian of an entire Creole culture, concentrated, fermented sunshine. And, of course, tropical trade winds, love, and warm sand.
Oulahhhh… So many evenings with friends… I’ll remain in awe…
