Beaujolais

A quintessentially French landscape of gentle hills and winding valleys with a gentle, measured beauty-perfect for strolling and daydreaming, with vineyards as the backdrop. A region, like its winemakers, imbued with a spirit of warmth and hospitality. A place where people know how to welcome guests with the simplicity embodied by the word “Beaujolais.” Friends, a set table, and the light, fruity, well-balanced, and joyful “drink” of the family table. A region where life and well-being are in the air.
As you may have guessed, I still have the taste of those old “Moulin à Vent” wines—with their lovely “tiled” color-on my palate, the ones my grandfather would open on Sundays when we went to enjoy a truffled veal roast and its baby vegetables, lovingly simmered by my grandmother.
