Liqueurs et Crèmes

Liqueurs or Creams? Quite simply, when the sugar content is higher, the liqueur is called a cream. A liqueur is made by macerating or infusing plants or fruits in an alcohol base with a certain sugar content. The earliest liqueurs often date back to the Middle Ages, when they were believed to have medicinal properties. The overconsumption of some of them was due to imaginary illnesses.
